There is a 1000V high-voltage power distribution plant, a gas-making station with 80 cubic meters per hour and a water supply station with one cubic meter per hour. Annual production capacity researches 3 billion, and 70% of the products export to North American, European and Asian countries, etc. There are different complete catalogues of the products: STD series: FR, HER, UF, SF, SKY, DB3, Bridge, H.V., TVS and so on. Also various packages of diodes, small and medium size power transistor are available here. All products are accord with the Euro RoHS and ISO9002 standard.
